The Public and Commercial Services Union is one of the UK’s largest trade unions, with over approximately 300,000 members working in the civil service, public bodies and commercial service.

 

We are looking for a Design Manager to play a key role within our Campaigns and Communications Department. You will be responsible for the creative leadership of PCS’s design function, ensuring materials are designed to a high standard, as well as both on time and on budget.

 

Reporting to the Head of Design, Print and Distribution, you will lead the creative aspect of the design studio, generating original materials appropriate to a large trade union. You will establish and develop the PCS brand, and be responsible for its application. You will be used to working to tight deadlines and leading a team. You will also need to be able to demonstrate expertise in juggling priorities and problem solving.
