Store Supervisor (Prowler Soho)

Our flagship store in Soho is a destination store selling a wide range of merchandise for the gay and lesbian community and carries ranges from our other retail brands Expectations and DIVA. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment and we are looking for an individual of high calibre.
As a Store Supervisor, you will be a part of a larger Management team who co-ordinate to ensure the successful day to day operation of this busy and exciting flagship store. A large part of the role is to inspire and motivate the team, ensuring exemplary customer service and an excellent shopping experience. You will also be responsible for prioritising day to day tasks, opening and closing the store on a rota basis, accurate and efficient cash handling, and continuous high levels of merchandising and stock management.
With 3-5 years retail experience, your career will demonstrate adaptability and you will be keen to work in a small, dynamic team with the benefits and support of a larger working environment. Key skills to demonstrate in this role are the co-ordination and prioritising of different strands of activity, small scale project management and problem solving, leadership and team management, stock and budget management, knowledge of EPOS and a creative flair for visual merchandising.
